Our Guarantee

 If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases,we will offer a partial credit or full refund. If a full refund is demanded, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned.

Payment:

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard Discover Card Paypal, Amazon, and Google Checkout. Your credit card will be charged at the point of purchase online.

Returns:

All products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged. (We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier.) Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, please do not return the item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it within three (3) business days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund. No refund will be issued as a result of your gift basket contain wine being returned to us due to an adult over 21 not being available to sign for the delivery. However, if the gift basket is returned we will be happy to reship it to another location for only the cost of shipping and handling.

Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.

A complete shipping address includes:

• Recipient’s first and last name
• Company address (if applicable)
• Street name and number
• Floor- Suite – or Apartment number
• Accurate zip code
• Recipient’s telephone number

Late-Delivery:

A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. Our refund policy does not cover:

• Acts of God (includes weather),
• An act of war
• Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated)
• High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas)

Substitutions:

We offer a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products. At times, Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If due to crop failure or poor weather conditions a particular flower, plant, or color choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute with another fresh selection of equal or greater value. At times, certain gift basket components or Individual item may become unavailable or discontinued,  we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value.

We offer numerous shipping options.

• UPS Ground
• Over-night
• Second Day Air
• Express 2-3 day

• We are unable to ship to the following destinations:

• P.O. Box (a physical address is required)
• APO / FPO (military addresses)
• Internationally

Currently, gift baskets  are the only items that can be shipped UPS Ground or Express. Arrival dates for ground shipping are estimated and depending upon the destination will vary between 2-5 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. Our order entry system is programmed to calculate the approximate arrival date for ground shipments. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest either overnight or 2-day.

Orders placed by 12 noon EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST are shipped the next business day. For example, if you place an order after 12 noon on Friday, that order would not ship until the following Monday.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping arrival depends on what state the package is being delivered. We ship from Massachusetts. Use the color coded UPS Shipping Map below to figure out the how long it will take.

For example: A package going to Georgia will take 3 business days. The shipping day does not count. If the gift basket was ordered on Tuesday evening at 8:00 p.m. EST it would leave Carawaygiftbaskets.com on Wednesday and would arrive in 3 business days on Monday. (Saturday and Sunday do not count as Transit Days).
