OUR GUARANTEE: Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every gift arrangement we ship is warranted to have the look and value represented on our site. If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases,we will offer a partial credit or full refund. If a full refund is demanded, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned. Payment: We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard Discover Card and Paypal. Your credit card will be charged at the point of purchase online. Returns: All products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged. (We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier.) Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, please do not return the item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it within three (3) business days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund. Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections. Late-Delivery: A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. Our refund policy does not cover: - Acts of God (includes weather),
- An act of war
- Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated)
- High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas)
Substitutions: We offer a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products. At times, Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If due to crop failure or poor weather conditions a particular flower, plant, or color choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute with another fresh selection of equal or greater value. At times, certain gift basket components may become unavailable or discontinued. As with fresh products, we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value. Shipping: We offer numerous shipping options. Currently, gift baskets are the only items that can be shipped UPS Ground or Express. Arrival dates for ground shipping are estimated and depending upon the destination will vary between 2-5 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. Our order entry system is programmed to calculate the approximate arrival date for ground shipments. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest either overnight or 2-day. To insure freshness, cut flowers must be shipped Over-night. A special reduced rate for all fresh flower shipments is offered. All other gift selections are shipped Second Day or Over-night. Orders placed by 12 noon EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST are shipped the next business day. For example, if you place an order after 12 noon on Friday, that order would not ship until the following Monday. We are unable to ship to the following destinations: - P.O. Box (a physical address is required)

- Alaska & Hawaii
- Internationally
Also, state agricultural restrictions in Arizona and California prevent shipping certain plant material. Our order entry system will identify the restricted items. Shipping Information-Meat Gifts-Only-Caraway Meat Market Every fresh frozen steak and chop that leaves our doors is hand-packed in a reusable styrofoam cooler. Next, plenty of wrapped dry ice or reusable gel packs are then positioned on top of the meat to lock in freshness during shipment. The order is then inserted into a corrugated shipping box. We guarantee your fresh steaks and chops as well as your smoked meats will arrive in top condition or we'll replace your order or refund your money.
